Dvd Money
Band!
Please be reminded, tomorrow band as usual 3pm to 6pm. Friday will not have any band practice due to good Friday.
For those people who have not given the money for the dvd, please bring it by tomorrow! Can all section leaders inform your members to bring it??!! We have waited for the money for more than a month. Be considerate to otehrs who had paid and been waiting for you all to give the money so that they could get the dvd fast. I want the money by tomorrow and latest Thursday. If you all still forget to bring. Sorry to say, we would not take in the orders from you all. We just submit the ones who had paid for it.
For the collections of passports, make sure you have submitted the photocopied passports to Mr Fahmy. Thank you.

March Holidays
Many thanks to the members who made the extra effort to submit the photocopies of their passports. To date, I have 28 confirmed submissions. I will be forwarding your details to the travel agency tomorrow. Our plans for a band overseas exchange programme is finally taking shape!
Members who are still having their passports made or extended, please submit the photocopies ASAP. If possible, scan the relevant pages and email it to me at muhammad_fahmy_babjee@moe.edu.sg so that I can process it immediately even while I'm with GESS Band in Hong Kong, and hence save you the trouble of paying additional surcharge.
Sec. 2 and 3 members going to OBS during the March holidays, please watch out for one another while you're there. Remember safety first while having fun!

Can you all give me the money, $10, for the DVD by tommorrow if you see me or Wednesday!
Please be more considerate and remember to bring the money.
Regarding the photocopy of passport, can you all please hand in the photocopied passports to any of the majors or the teacher-on-charge. It is very important for Hong Kong Trip. For the boys we need your exit permit part. Mr Famy needs to collect at least 40 photocopies of passport from the senior band to pass it to the agent to confirm the date we are going. He wanted to arrange the dates on 21 May to 25 May. Which is the day after Vesak Day, 20 May. Therefore he needs the passport earlier even before he go off to Hong Kong with GESS band. People having no money is not a reason for not going. The school have this Opportuniy fund and Inter... to help the financial problems. You all should feel lucky to have the opportunity to go there. Please tell your parents and get your passports photocopied. Thanks.
